What type of anesthesia is administered?
The type of anesthesia varies from treatment to treatment. However, by the rule of thumb, patients undergoing minor clinical procedures are put under local anesthesia. For major procedures that are largely surgical in nature, general anesthesia is administered.
How much pain will I be in?
Patients are administered anesthesia during the surgery, which ensures a painless surgery. However, the degree of pain after the surgery may be moderate but can be controlled with medication prescribed by the surgeon.

What is the recovery time for the treatment?
The recovery time differs from treatment to treatment. On an average, surgical treatments have a recovery period of 4-6 weeks, but patients can go back to work 3-4 days post surgery, as long as there is no strenuous activity required. Non-surgical treatments such as ThermiVa have no recovery time.
How long do I have to wait before having sex?
It is advised that you wait for at least 5-6 weeks before engaging in sexual intercourse, to ensure that you are completely healed, and there is no chance of contracting an infection. This also ensures that any healing is not undone.
What is the cost of the procedure?

We help them with any hotel arrangements, etc. that they require, and plan out the treatment as well as their travel, to ensure there are no mix-ups. We generally advise that you arrive in our city 1-2 days before the procedure, after which you can leave 2-3 days to post the treatment.
How long will my treatment last?
The effects of the procedure are long-lasting, as long as no injury occurs in the area. However, going through vaginal childbirth after getting the treatment can undo the effects of the treatment.
